Business Referral Network of Suffolk County (BRNSC) Cleans William Floyd Eastbound Sunrise Highway Exit

On a rainy and blustery May 19th, BRNSC took part in the annual Great Brookhaven Town-Wide Cleanup Day. Volunteers were given by Brookhaven Town day-glow t-shirts, large trash bags, refuse retrieval sticks, gloves, and stickers for the trash bags. BRNSC is a networking group of professionals who meet bi-weekly in Bellport.

Giving Back Where We Work & Live

BRNSC members adopted the William Floyd eastbound exit off of Sunrise Highway as their designated area this year. It is the gateway to the Mastics-Shirley area, and with many of BRNSC’s members living and/or working in the area, it was a way to give back to our communities and help make our local area of Long Island a cleaner and nicer place!

Brookhaven town employees came along later in the day to pick up the specially marked bags at all of the clean-up sites town-wide. Thanks to all of the members who participated, and we look forward to making this an annual event!
