On a beautiful Saturday morning, September 21st, BRNSC held it’s annual Food Drive to help the local, less fortunate among us in the Bellport/East Patchogue area. This year’s recipients were the food pantry st St. Joseph the Worker Church in East Patchogue and the St. Vincent DePaul food Pantry at Mary Immaculate Church in Bellport. Local residents shopping at Cirillo’s and CVS, and members of BRNSC, were very generous in their donations of non-perishable food and money (used to buy more food) for the cause. Donations looked like they exceeded last year’s, so we were very fortunate.
BRNSC would like to thank Cirillo’s Market, the local residents who donated, and the BRNSC members who gave to the cause and who helped staff the event table.
